Which courier will be used to ship my order?

Our products are shipped with DHL, DPD and Swiss Post. For large shipments like furniture or mattresses we are supported by Gondrand. Gondrand has been our established partner for large shipments for years and has experience in our kind of products.

How much time is needed to get my product?

For our "in stock" products, you order will depart from our store in 24h from the reception of your payment. For all other products, that will be ordered only after the reception of your payment, the time needed before shipping your order is usually 15 working days.

Shipping duration is different from country to country. Often delays are caused by border controls. For a shipment in Switzerland at least 48h are needed. For the European Union from 5 up to 15 working days are needed. For the USA from 15 up to 21 days are needed.

My product is fragile/breakable.

Everyone of our shipments is packaged with exceptional care and verified before leaving our store. We will do our best to guarantee the security of the shipment and allow you to appreciate a pristine product.

You can pay for your order with every credit card, with paypal, moneybookers, bank wire transfer or directly in our store.
