 Payments and order processing:
We accept only advanced payments, or cash payments during store pickup.
Order processing starts once your payment is cleared. Normally 24h for credit card and Paypal payments; For bank transfers it is necessary to wait up to 3-5 working days. Product availability and processing times are showed in every product page. All orders after 12:00 on Friday will be processed the next working day (Monday).
 Shipping and rates:
Shipping will be executed with Swiss Post and DPD. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and include products weight and packaging weight. Normal shipping times in Switzerland are 3-5 working days after your order if the products are in stock. Europe and rest of the world will be 20-30 days.
Claims could be accepted only after two days from received delivery.
Orders from Cantone Ticino over 1000.- receive free home delivery.

 Prices:
Prices are those written in products pages. VAT is inclued in all prices. Online prices can be different from normal store prices, because of special online promotions. We cannot guarantee that online prices will be applied to store prices. In case of international shipping, it is possible that import custom taxes are applied. These taxes are decided by the import country.
 Returns:
Return are possible only within 7 days from delivery and with Priority shipping. Previous contact with us is mandatory. Returned goods will be accepted only in the original package. Money will be returned only after products verification. Shipping will not refunded. It is not possible to return antique forniture and rugs.
